Word has been received pf the death of Louis F. Talkington, 81, of 1122 Eugene street Indianapolis. Mr. Talkington died Wednesday at his home after an illness of a few weeks.
Mr. Talkington was the [brother] of Mrs. Lena Howe and Mrs. Mary Ritzenthaler, both of Columbus. Also surviving are the wife, Nellie F. Talkington; [a step-daughter] Mrs. Evelyn Noonan and [another sister] Mrs. Elsie Stewart of Linton; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be held at 9 o'clock slow time Saturday morning at the Conkle funeral home in Speedway City. Burial will be at Garland Brook cemetery. The casket will be open at the funeral home after 6 o'clock slow time tonight.
Mr. Talkington was born in Clifford and was formerly a resident of Columbus.
