Betty Louise Schumaier

Betty Louise Schumaier, age 84, of Rogers, AR, formerly of Pinckneyville, IL, passed away on Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at 6:56 a.m. in Mercy Hospital NW Arkansas, Rogers, AR.
Betty was born on August 26, 1932 in Pinckneyville, IL, a daughter to William E. and Ola Mae (Doolin) Dry. On December 22, 1951, she married Everette "Gene" Schumaier and he preceded her in death on September 18, 2014 after 62 years of marriage. She was the office manager at Schumaier Agribusiness. She was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ, Pinckneyville, IL and enjoyed gardening and yard work.
Survivors include her two daughters, Cindy (Chuck) Leonard of Coulterville, IL and Brenda Jean (Steve) Wheelhouse of Rogers, AR; four grandchildren, Kelsey Wheelhouse, Schulyer Wheelhouse, Chuck Leonard, Jr, and Danielle (Kyle) Ridgeway; and seven great-grandchildren, Bailey, Jett, Justice, Jessie and Jade Leonard and Hunter and Ryder Ridgeway.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and a brother, Milton Dean Dry.
Funeral services will be held at Pyatt Funeral Home, Pinckneyville, IL on Friday, August 25, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Cindy Bean officiating. Interment will be in Mueller Hill Cemetery, Pinckneyville, IL.
Friends may call at Pyatt Funeral Home, Pinckneyville, IL on Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.
