He died Tuesday, Aug. 14 at Rennes Health Center East in Peshtigo, WI. He was born Nov. 24, 1917 in Wausaukee to Milo and Viola (nee Knapp) Howarth, Sr.
He married the former Rose Fugate in Wausaukee on Aug. 17, 1940. She preceded him in death on July 5, 1998. He was employed for many years by Acme Tree Company as a tree trimmer.
Survivors include two sons: Gerald (Phyllis) Howarth of Crivitz, WI; Loren (Margaret) Howarth of Marinette, WI;
two daughters: Mrs. Dan (Jeanne) Trumble of Luxemburg, WI; Kelly Haulotte of Union Grove, WI;
one brother Dick (Geri) Howarth of Marinette, WI;
eight grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
Besides his wife, he was preceded in death by two brothers: Loren and Charles.
