Ed Burdette—Ed Burdette, 63 years old, died early Thursday morning at his home on Tuppers creek He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Nancy Burdette; four sons, Henry and
William Burdette, of Charleston, and John and Edgar Burdette, of Tuppers Creek, and six daughters, Mrs. J. W. Thomas, Mrs. H. H. Walker, Mrs. Howard Walker and Mrs. Emzy Burdette, of Tuppers Creek and Miss Birdie Burdette and Mrs J. C. Legg, of Charleston.
Funeral services will be held at the Thomas cemetery Friday afternoon
at 2 o'clock. (Thomas Cemetery is now Boy Burdette Cemetery)
