DANIEL H. MILLER
FRANKFORT, June 22.--Daniel H. Miller, 78, retired electrical engineer, died at the McKinsey nursing home Sunday evening, following a stroke of paralysis suffered June 11.
Born in Putnam county he married Martha Richardson in January 1888. She passed away in 1939. He resided in Frankfort a few years after 1914, then moved to Indiana Harbor before returning here following his retirement.
Surviving are two sons, Lewis of Chicago and Roy of Frankfort; two daughters, Mrs. Bertha Darner of Hammond and Mrs. Daisy Varney of Kokomo; seven sisters, including Mrs. Della Payton of Advance.
Friends may call at the Aughe and Son funeral home, after 7 o'clock Tuesday evening. Services there at 2:30 Wednesday, Rev. Ora McDaniel. Burial, Bunnell cemetery.

Note: In 1900 census he and his wife had 5 children, 5 living. By 1910, they had had 7 children, 6 living.
