The said Brower, his heirs or assigns to have the said quarter of 4000 acres quantity and quality with land out of the tract of the said subscriber as a tennant in common with him, his heirs or assigns. The said Brower paying the future charges for the said 4000 acres. Signed and sealed by Thomas Palmer. Witnessed by Nicholas Brower, Junior, Sarah Flair.
