Chad Edward Adams, age 40, passed away August 12, 2017. He was born July 12, 1977 in Opp to James Adams and Theresa Johnson Adams.

Chad worked as a equipment operator in the landscaping business.

He was an avid hunter and fisherman and spent countless hours in the lakes, ponds, fields and woods in northwest Florida and south Alabama chasing whitetail deer and catching large mouth bass.

Chad enjoyed singing and playing his guitar for family and friends. He had a great personality, sharp, quick witted and a wonderful scene of humor.

His biggest legacy, however, is the immeasurable mark he left on his family.

Chad will forever hold a dear and precious place in each of their hearts.

He was preceded in death by father, James Adams; step father, Paul Mitchell.

He is survived by his mother, Theresa Johnson Adams of Destin, brother, Buzzy Adams and wife Nellie of Destin, and sister Jamee Adams of Jasper, GA.

He is also survived by an abundance of extended love ones including nephews, Gunner, Huston and Clark Kent Adams and Easton Stafford, nieces, Brianna and Emma Stafford and Jacey Stone.

Funeral services for Chad Adams will be 11AM Tuesday August 15, 2017 from Evans Funeral Home with Billy Pickron officiating.

Visitation will be Monday from 6-8PM at Evans Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Eight Mile Cemetery.
