Ralph Jacob Ammerman age 92 of Connersville passed away October 31, 2008 at his home in Connersville. He had been in failing health for several years.
Ralph was born October 8, 1916 in Ohio County, Indiana, the son of Willie Franklin Ammerman and Flossie Agrue. He was married June 29, 1950 to Larcina Lewis.
He was a machine repairperson for Bryant Heating and Cooling of Indianapolis where he had worked 30 years retiring in 1979. He attended Franklin County Schools.
He is survived by five sons and two daughter-in-laws, Larry of Greenfield; Eric of New Trenton; Ralph, Jr. of Olney, Illinois; William and Kathy of Connersville; David and Vicki of Connersville. One daughter and son-in-law, Bonnie and Alan Hensley of Connersville; one stepson, Raymond Cook of Connersville as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In addition to his wife and parents, he is preceded in death by one daughter, Linda Krause and four brothers, Loyd, Harvey, Oren, and Claud Ammerman also one daughter in law Christina Ammerman.
