James Darren "Henry" Tyre, Sr., 57, of Center, Texas, passed away on August 12, 2017 in Center. He was born in Dallas, Texas on June 21, 1960 to James Edward Tyre and Linda Downing Tyre.
Funeral services for James will be August 15, 2017 at Mangum Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Park.
James worked for 30 years in the Oil and Gas Industry. After retiring, he worked in the area doing sheetrock and painting. Above all, he was a loving father and grandfather who very much treasured every second spent with family. He loved the outdoors and spending time with his grandsons. He always enjoyed the open road on his motorcycle with the wind in his hair.
He is survived by his mother, Linda Tyre; daughter, Shannon Denby and husband, Bradley; son, James Tyre, Jr. and wife, Nina; 6 grandsons; brother, Jack Tyre; sister, Kathy Miller.
He is preceded in death by his father, James Edward Tyre, Jr.
