James “Jimmy” Bruno, 49, died Friday, August 4, 2017 at Methodist University Hospital in Olive Branch, MS.

The funeral service will be held Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Waller Funeral Home with Rev. Randy Hope officiating.
Burial will follow in Abbeville Cemetery.

The visitation will be held Monday evening, August 7, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Born to Margaret Arnold James and the late James Vincent Bruno, Sr..

Jimmy was a sales representative for West Tennessee Crown.

He was the Southwestern Sales Representative of the Year four times, a member of the Canadian Club Society four times, and he was the 2016 Diaggio Salesmen of the Year for the state of Tennessee.

Jimmy was a member of First Baptist Church in Abbeville, MS.

An extreme Ole Miss football fan, he epitomized the term “Hotty Toddy”.

He had two miniature schnauzers, Colonel & Sophie who he loved very much.

He is survived by his wife, Tammy Lynn Bruno of Abbeville MS; his children, Anna Marie, James Anthony and Vincent Louis Bruno of Abbeville, MS; his mother, Margaret Arnold James of Grenada, MS; and sisters, Lisa B. Thomas of Grenada, MS, Carla B. Alderson of Oxford, MS and Diana B. Rumrill of Rainbow City, AL.

Memorial contributions in Jimmy’s memory may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children, 2900 Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, FL 33607 or a contribution can be made to Abbeville Bank, P.O. Box 39 Abbeville, MS 38601 for an account that has been set up for Triplets College Fund.
