Samuel Richard Taylor peacefully passed away July 28, 2017 surrounded by his family, at the age of 83 years old. Sam was born April 30, 1934 to parents James Lamoni and Sarah Gladys Taylor of Farr West, Utah. Sam married Myrelda Jane Hansen November 1, 1951 in the Salt Lake Temple. they have been married 64 years. They made their homes in Clearfield, Sunset, and West Point, UT, Portland, OR, and The Tri-cities, WA. Sam excelled in the Dairy business working for ABS, and becoming a partner of the Tomlinson Dairy, in Pasco, Washington. His activity in the LDS Church was also very prominent in his life. He served in a wide variety of callings including 5 missions, with his spouse. They worked in LDS temples for over thirty years. Sam is survivied by his one sister Marilyn T. Banks (Bill), Four sons and a daughter. Scott R. Taylor (Edith), of Roy, UT; daughter Dona Marie (Steve) of Roy, Utah; son Val J (Cheryl), of Kennewick, WA; son Samuel Keith (Marianne) of Pasco, WA son Chad H (Leah) of Yakima, WA. He leaves behind 25 Grandchildren, and 58 Great Grandchildren.
