Gerald Yarbro will officiate and burial will be in Clarks Cemetery.
Mr. Murphy died at 11:45 a.m. Tuesday at his home.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Flora Murphy; three sons, Luther Earl Murphy of Sikeston, Mo., and Danny and Jimmy Murphy, both of Wingo Rt. 1; four daughters, Mrs. Pat Roberson and Miss Nancy Murphy, both of East Gary, Ind., Miss Judy Murphy of Montgomery, Ala., and Miss Betty Murphy of Wingo Rt. 1; three sisters, Mrs. Cressie Barrow of Mayfield Rt. 5, Mrs. Helen Page of Fulton and Mrs. Vernie Holly of Crutchfield; a brother, Henry Murphy of Wingo Rt. 1, and three grandchildren.
