Fitzwater; father of Loretta Jean Fultz, Linda Kay Uskievich, Debra Ann Lohr, Harrison Victor, Bonnie Lou, Brenda Lee, Patricia May and Anthony Dwayne Fitzwater; son of Homer V. Fitzwater; brother of Cliffie Turner, Pearl Turner, Herman, Williard, Woodrow and Leon Fitzwater; four grandchildren and five step grandchildren. Friends will be received at PUMPHREY COLONIAL FUNERAL HOME, 300 West Montgomery ave., (Rt. 29 just off I 270) Rockville, Md. on Wednesday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m., where services will be held on Thursday at 1 p.m. Interment Parklawn Memorial Park
