Finding the love of her life, Lora was married to Riley W. “Bill” Miller on January 6, 1945, in New Mexico. They enjoyed more than 68 years of marriage prior to his death in 2014.

A celebration of life for Lora will be Friday, August 4, 2017, 11:00am, in the Mobley-Groesbeck Funeral Service Chapel. Finding the love of her life, Lora was married to Riley W. “Bill” Miller on January 6, 1945, in New Mexico. They enjoyed more than 69 years of marriage prior to his death in 2014. Lora was an avid reader. Give her a good book and she was happy. For most of her working life, Lora was employed by the United States Postal System. Making time to be with her beloved family was always in order for Lora. Having a great love for the Western culture, Lora read, studied and collected artifacts that symbolized the West. Her memory was excellent and staying in touch with her family was important to her. She was a wonderful wife, mother, sister, and aunt. Her beautiful smile and great attitude will be missed by both family and friends.
