Laura was married three times. Her first husband was named Wilson and they had two daughters, Adella, born about 1859 and Viola, born about 1861. Her husband died (maybe he was killed in the Civil War) and Laura married Romeo Green in 1866. A marriage announcement was published in the Vermont Watchman. Romeo died a month after they were married. Laura then married Benjamin A. Holmes of Waitsfield in 1867. They were living in Waitsfield in 1870 and 1880.
