Mrs. Hughes Rites Monday

Funeral services for Mrs. Mable Vickery Hughes, 64, of 7119 Wyngate, will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in Trinity Heights Baptist Church.

Mrs. Hughes died at 8:15 a.m. Saturday in Confederate Memorial Hospital after a bried illness.

Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.

Survivors include three sons, William Morton Hughes, and Maurice Ferguson, both of Shreveport, and James Ferguson, Texas; two daughters, Mrs. Wanda Dufour, Pasadena, Tex., and Mrs. Marguerite Dixon, Bell Air, Calif.; three brothers, Frank Vickery and Irvin Vickery, both of Beaumont, Tex., and Gilmer Vickery, Vidor, Tex.; 13 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
