GERTRUDE M. RITCHIE SERVICES IN STEAMBOAT MARCH 7

Gertrude M. RITCHIE of Steamboat passed away at the Routt County Memorial Hospital on March 4 following a short illness. She was 69 at the time of her death.

Born in Rock Springs, Wyoming on July 29, 1898, she spent most of her life in that state. She was married to Lon RITCHIE in Green River, Wyoming on May 22, 1935 and they resided in Wyoming until April, 1957 when they moved to Steamboat Springs.

Surviving are her husband; one son, Leonard FISHER of Steamboat; one brother Otto WARREN of Alameda, California; and 4 grandchildren, Dennis, Gordon, Trudy and Wesley FISHER. Also surviving her are Jack KISH and son Pat of Rock Springs, Wyoming.

Services conducted by J. Thomas Bennanzar were held at the Steamboat Methodist Church at 2:00 on Tuesday, March 7th. Interment was at the Steamboat Cemetery.

Accompanied by Mrs. Charles Ryan, Mrs. Glenn Poulter sang "Old Rugged Cross," and "He's Still My Soul".

Pallbearers were Mrs. RITCHIE's grandsons, Wesley, Gordon and Dennis FISHER, Pat KISH, Joe MUDRO and Ben REARY.
