Son of John Calvin Frazier and his second wife, Elizabeth (Hibbs) Frazier. There are plenty of unsourced family trees posted online which show George's exact birth date as January 21, 1849, but I have found no documents to confirm it.

Married Rebecca Faith (b. 1847) on December 21, 1869 In Harrison County, Iowa. They were the parents of three children: Luella, Albert, and Grace.

George's sister, Nancy Frazier, married Rebecca's brother, Thomas Faith.

In the 1910 US Federal Census, George Frazier, widower, was living in the Utica School District of Fergus County, Montana and made his living as a blacksmith.
