married July 17, 1894 to Alfred A Cook mother of at least Arthur R, Audrey, and Mary Cook

Note from another contributer:
"I believe that census information is showing that her maiden name was Losey. She appears to be the daughter of John Shelden Losey and Mary J Morley Losey. Her name is found as Mary R or Rose and I think Rosebelle in some census information. Her father is buried in Iowa and her mother is buried in Oklahoma. Her son is listed as grandson when he was with his grandmother Mary and Uncle John Edward Losey. This is not my Losey family but I have been studying them because my Losey family was in Oklahoma and I needed to separate the two families. If you don't have access to the census information let me know and I'll send information to you."
