Elva Jane McComas, 83, died at approximate 12:55 p.m. Saturday, September 11, 2004 at York Hospital. She was the wife of Paul T. McComas, Jr. for 65 years. The daughter of the late Captain Norman and Elva (Galbreth) Morrison, she was a graduate of Red Lion High School. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, Paul T. McComas II and wife, Rosalind S. McComas, and Daniel N. McComas; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Nancy Chronister and Lois Moore. There will be a Memorial Service at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 947 N. George St., York at 2 p.m. on Sunday. The Rev. Larry R. Bergh will be conducting the service.
