Donna Marie Osborne, 80, of Erie, died Saturday, May 29, 2010 at her home. A memorial gathering for friends to greet family will be held from 2-4 PM Monday, May 31st at the Erie United Methodist Church, Erie. A private graveside memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Erie United Methodist Church. Donna was born September 20, 1929 in Sterling, Illinois, the daughter of Roy & Almeda (Bodkin) Bielema. She married Milton "PeeWee" Osborne in Morrison. He preceded her in death on September 25, 2005. Donna served her country in the US Navy. She worked many years at General Electric in Morrison. She was a longtime member of the Erie United Methodist Church. Donna is survived by her three children and their spouses, Dr. Mark & Shirley Osborne, Macungie, PA, Marcia Fisk, Erie, Mike & Tammy Osborne, Hudsonville, MI; sister, Beverly Summers, Morrison; seven grandchildren and one great grandson. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Lund and brother, Ronald Bielema. Gibson Funeral Home, Erie is in charge of arrangements.
