He has been a resident of Newberg since 1965 and was a farmer most of his life.
Survivors include his brother, Frank, in Kansas.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Skyline Memorial Park, Portland.
Arrangements are by Brown Mortuary, Newberg.
