Curtis Douglas Couch was born on July 23, 1958, in Cincinnati, Ohio, the son of the late Albert and Mary Estha Earls Couch. He is survived by one daughter, Melissa Couch of Manchester, one step-daughter, Dorothy McDaniel and husband, Wayne, of Manchester, three siblings, Chris Couch of Hyden, Mary Northern and Carrie Collett, both of London, six grandchildren, plus a host of other friends and relatives to mourn his passing. In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by three brothers, Bruce Couch, Jesse James Couch and Paul Couch, his half-sister, Phronia Mae Asher and a special nephew, Michael Couch.

Curtis Douglas Couch departed this life at his residence on Monday, July 24, 2017, being 59 years and 1 day of age.

Memorial services for Curtis Douglas Couch will be conducted at 5 PM Friday at Bob Fork Holiness Church in Leslie County with Randy Woods officiating.
