Helen Bernice Poe Billips, 88, of Titusville, FL, formerly of Pocahontas, AR, passed away on Saturday, July 22, 2017. Helen was born on April 27, 1929, in Pocahontas, Arkansas, to Robert Elmer and Eulah Jane Poe.
Helen was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. Helen was a devoted Christian who shared her love of Christ with every person she encountered.
Helen is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Elmer Poe; daughter-in-law, Elaine Billips; granddaughter, Elizabeth Billips; great-grandson, Jack Samuel Stegall; and her husband, Harold Max Billips.
