Orangeburg - Graveside services for Emily Reed Coleman, 93, of 1000 Live Oak Drive, will be held at 2 p.m. today in Elmwood Cemetery in Columbia. Dukes-Harley Funeral Home is in charge. Mrs. Coleman died Friday, Feb. 12, 1999, at The Methodist Oaks. Born in North, she was a daughter of the late William Durham Reed and Theodosia Oliver Reed. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Columbia, the TEL Sunday School Class, and the Oasis Club of the church. She was the widow of George Wilbur Coleman. Surviving are her nieces, Mrs. Glenn Reed Avant of Decatur, Ga., Margaret Connelly McElveen of Sumter; nephews, Aubrey Reed of Marietta, Ga., Thomas Reed of Atlanta, Robert Reed Jr. of New Orleans, William Salter Jr. of Columbia. © The State, Columbia, SC, 14 Feb 1999
