Gladys I. Brewer Ferguson age 97 of Maryville went home on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 with family by her side.
Gladys was a woman filled with Love. She loved God, family, animals, flowers, and quilting. She was born March 12, 1920. Gladys was active in her church, Binfield Methodist Church. She worked for Save the Children Organization, helped organize Blount Community Service for poor and elderly, and always was active with her family.
Gladys was preceded in death by: Parents, Lon & Dora (Waters) Brewer; Half-Brother, Cecil Irwin; Husband, Victor Butler Ferguson; Son, Ray Ferguson; Grandson, William Eric Ferguson.
She is survived by: Sister, Grace Brewer Garner; Sons, William Ferguson and friend Dorothy Arnold, Wayne (Jack) Ferguson and wife Flossie, Robert (Bob) Ferguson & wife June Rostan, Gary Ferguson & wife Betty Jane; 9 Grandchildren; 10 Great-Grandchildren; 3 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
