Ruby Cunliffe Milner
September 19, 1923 - July 18, 2017 Mrs. Ruby Cunliffe Milner, 93, widow of Mr. Charles C. Cunliffe, Sr., passed away on Tuesday, July 18, 2017, at her home in Winchester.
Born in the Poosey Ridge community of Madison County on September 19, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Sarah Bogie Warner. She, along with her husband, were the former owner and operator of the Saratoga Club here in Richmond. She attended the Grace Baptist Church in Winchester.
Survivors include: one son, Allen O’Dell Cunliffe; one daughter, Joyce Pensol; many grandchildren, and a host of other family and friends.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:30 PM Friday, July 21, 2017, at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Richmond Cemetery.
