Perry County, Arkansas. She married
James "Jim" Edison, a native of
Pennsylvania and they had two
daughters: Mary Elizabeth, born
8 January 1868 and Sarah Tennessee,
born 12 January 1871 in Arkansas and
also a son, William, of whom little is known.
After the death of Jim Edison, she met
and married Ruben R. Outlaw in Conway County,
Arkansas on 17 June 1875. Five sons were
born of this marriage: Hamilton, born ca.1879;
Rube, born Jan. 1881; Ernest, born Feb. 1883;
Paul O. "P. O." or "Pomp", born Feb. 1886 and
Daniel, born March 1890, all in Arkansas.
Ann Outlaw died 4 December 1926 at the
home of her son, Pomp, in Heavener, Oklahoma.
