The last surviving charter member of West Terrace General Baptist Church. With a true servant's heart, Edelene, known to close friends and family as Eddie or Ms. Eddie, could be found on any given day in her kitchen with her renowned hospitality ready to meet, greet and feed you. More youthful than her years, her warm heart, colorful and sometimes sassy personality, was reflected in her flare for style and love for the bird, with its vibrant colors, the peacock.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Arnold Sinnett, and her son Gregory, wife Phyllis Sinnett, brother, Byers (Jean) Blair.
Surviving are her children; daughters Brenda, husband Bill Rohrbacher of Texas, Sherri, husband Joseph Wassmer, and son Mark, wife Jenni Sinnett; nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and three great, great-grandchildren; and her brother, Edgar Lee "Shorty" Blair.
