Son of Jesse George Washington Aldridge and Sarah Belle "Sally" (Alexander) Aldridge. He was married to Mary Green (Hinshaw), and together they had 12 children, Zachary, Pearl, Minnie, Ora, Arthur, Addie, Lenna, Ruth, W. J., Jesse, Clyde, and Everett.

(There is a question in regards to daughter Ora, as she is linked to another Absolum Aldridge in Missouri, who died in 1899. Information for my memorial comes from several ancestry sites, but there could be a discrepancy with the similar names.)
