Nina Elizabeth (Reynolds) Myers passed away peacefully Monday afternoon, July 10, 2017 at the age of 87.

Nina was born January 11, 1930 in Pittsburg, Texas to Robert M. Reynolds and Nina (Barnwell) Reynolds. After high school she attended Kilgore Jr. College where she was a "Kilgore Rangerette". While attending college she met the love of her life, Harold B. Myers. After graduation from Kilgore Nina and Harold B. were wed on June 10, 1948.

Nina was a lifetime member of St. Stephens United Methodist in Houston, Texas. She loved her church and spent much time volunteering. She was also a member of Eastern Star.

She is survived by her three children, Carol Myers Martin, Lisa Myers Langston and Richard Harold Myers; five grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

Nina was preceded in death by her husband, Harold B. Myers; her parents, Robert M. Reynolds and Nina (Barnwell) Reynolds; her step-mother, Ruth (Laney) Reynolds; a brother, Winston "Pete" Reynolds; and two sisters, Geneva L. Peteet and Sarah A. Martin.

Visitation will be Wednesday, July 12, 2017 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Nobles Funeral Chapel.

A graveside service will be held Thursday, July 13, 2017 at 2:00 pm in Ebenezer Cemetery in Camp County, Texas. Mrs. Myers will lay in state at Erman Smith Funeral Home on Thursday prior to the graveside service.
