Graveside Service for Mrs. Causey, 88, of Alexander City, will be Thursday, July 13, 2017 at 11:00 am at the Hillview Memorial Park. Rev. Dr. Gerald Hallmark will officiate. The family will receive friends prior to the service on Thursday, from 9:30 am to 10:30 am at Radney Funeral Home.
Mrs. Causey passed away on Monday, July 10, 2017 at Fair Haven in Birmingham. She was born on December 11, 1928 in Troup County, Georgia to William Ernest Davis and Mary Nettie Davis.
She is survived by her daughter, Annette Weathers (Dave); grandchildren, Rebecca Collin Ferguson, Hadley Causey Lawrence (Brandon), and William Cody Causey; great-grandchildren, Adalin Josie Causey, Easton Lee Lawrence, Dawson Beckett Lawrence and Leiton Lake Lawrence; daughter-in-law, Cyndi Causey and sister-in-law Joyce Causey Johnston (Charles).
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Byron Causey; son, William Davis Causey; parents; and siblings, William Jarrell Davis, Hubert Adolphus Davis and Monica Fay Davis.
