He attended college at University of PA, Philadelphia in 1899. Charles Wiliam Bosler "Boz", civil Engineer, Ogontz, PA. Entered Freshman year from Abington Friends School, member class football team in senior year, member of class day committee. Quote: God Bless the man who first invented sleep. The US Federal Census recorded his occupations as: Civil/construction engineer at Allanwood Iron & Steel. General manager - manufacturing mill of flour & feed.

Charles married Mary Irvin June 15,1905 in Hollidaysburg, Blair, Pennsylvania. Their Son, Charles William Bosler 1913-1997, m. Elizabeth Ann Oppenlander 1920-2012.
Daughter: Cynthia died at 7 months (1911-1912).

Noteworthy: His grandfather purchased a homestead at 8128 Old York Road in Elkins Park (Montgomery County). A very historic road in a very old community. It became an inheritance to Charles Bosler.

This home originally belonged to Richard Wall, built in 1682. It is Listed on National Register of Historic Places and is currently today a museum.

On record, it is the earliest places of Quaker worship still standing in the United States. Since 1980 the house has been managed by the Cheltenham Township Historical Commission, which opened the museum and orientation center in 1993.
