Vivian M. Elsberry, 90, 1935-6th St. SE, died Sunday, March 19, 1995, in Minot hospital.
She was born Feb. 22, 1905, in St. Paul, MN, to John and Adeline Hartigan. The family moved to a farm southwest of Minot when she was an infant, and sh was raised in Minot.

She married Loyd Elsberry Sept. 23, 1925, in Minot. They lived for a time on what is known as the Parker Farms northeast of Minot. They moved to Nedrose Township, Ward County, in the Surrey area in 1939 where they farmed. Her husband died in 1984. She continued to live on the farm until several years ago when she moved to Minot.

She was a former member of St. Leo's Catholic Church, Minot, and a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, Minot, at the time of her death.

Survivors: son, John, Longwood, FL; daughters Vanette Hambek, Byers, CO, Patricia Korgel, Minot, 17 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral: Thursday at 10:30 a.m. in OUr Lady of Grace Catholic Church, Minot.

Burial: Rosehill Memorial Park, Minot.

Visitation and rosary recitation: Wednesday from 9 a.m. - 8:30 p.m. in Thompson-Larson Funeral Home, Minot, with rosary recitation there at Wednesday at 7 p.m.
