Mr. Love was the owner of Love Lumber Co. for 20 years and a Mason. He was a member of Whiteville United Methodist Church and the Whiteville Shriners.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in McKenzie Mortuary chapel by the Rev. Barry Barbour. Burial will be in Columbus Memorial Park.
Mr. Love is survived by two brothers, Alfred Richardson of N. Myrtle Beach, S.C., and D.L. Love of Whiteville; and a sister, Lena L. Scaife of N. Myrtle Beach.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7 to 9 at the funeral home.
