Twila E. (Hess) Wanner, age 88, of Kirbyville, Mo., and formerly a life-long resident of the Wauseon and Napoleon area, died Friday, August 18, 2006, in the home of her son in Kirbyville, Mo.

She was born on June 25, 1918 in Liberty Center, Ohio, the daughter of the late George and the late Della (Eisaman) Hess. On April 3, 1948 she married Delmer Wanner, and he preceded her in death in 1980. She was a member of Emmaus Lutheran Church in Wauseon.

She is survived by her One Daughter, Cindy (Tabb) Evers of Napoleon, Ohio
Two Sons, Rev. Michael (Susan) Wanner of Kirbyville, Mo. and Bernard (Patti) Wanner of Delta, Ohio.
One Sister, Wilma Hess of Wauseon, Ohio
Twenty Two grandchildren and Numerous Great-Grandchildren

Preceding her in death besides her husband, Delmer, were parents, brother Francis Hess, and one grandson.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, August 22, 2006 at Emmaus Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Charles Althoff, officiating. Interment will follow in the Winameg Cemetery, near Delta.
