Harold Lee Aldridge 77 passed away September 4, 2008 at 7:30 pm. He was part of Canon Hospice at the Elmwood Campus and had accepted Jesus Christ as his savior two weeks prior to his death. He was evacuated to Baton Rouge for Hurricane Gustav.
He is proceeded in death by his daughter Kimberly Bruce Aldridge and parents Hattie Thompson and Wilburn Aldridge both from Alabama.
Mr. Aldridge served in the United States Air Force and retired from L.O.O.P. Inc. of Galliano L.A. He served on the maiden voyage U.S. Manhattan on the search for the Louisiana oil pipeline with Exxon oil company.
Mr. Aldridge was Alabama born, but his life and love was for Louisiana. He chose cremation, and will continue to stay with family on Louisiana soil.
