She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was a second mother to the many children she kept for over 25 years. There are lots of boys and girls who will remember her loving kindness. We will miss her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Isaac V. Harris Sr., and son, Isaac V. "Mike" Harris Jr. Survivors include a granddaughter, Courtney; a daughter-in-law, Gwen Harris; a brother, Cecil Allen; her sisters, Mabel Perry and Lois Madon; and many nieces and nephews.
A chapel service will be held at noon Monday in Kellum Funeral Home, Rosewood Chapel, by the Rev. Rob Pittman. Interment will follow in Rosewood Memorial Park.
