Catherine Elizabeth Headlee, 86, of Salem, IL died February 15, 2005, at Twin Willows Nursing Center in Salem.
Mrs. Headlee was born May 16, 1918, in Spear, the daughter of John L. and Louise Kitchen Jones. She married Nathel O. Halterman and he preceded her in death. She later married Harold D. Headlee January 3, 1975 and he preceded her in death in 1984.
She was a hospital aide and homemaker and a member of Salem Pentecostal Church.
Survivors include two sons, Lester and Charles Halterman; a sister, Berdine Allen; three step-children; eight grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her parents, both husbands, two sons, Donald and Joe Halterman; a daughter, Wanda Halterman; a half-brother, Lyman Jones, and a grandson.
Funeral services were held at Neal Funeral Home with burial in Oskaloosa Cemetery.
