Adilene (McCullars) Thrasher, 84, of Gadsden, Alabama, died on July 4, 2017. She retired from Community Credit Union after thirty-two years of employment. She was a lifelong resident of Etowah County, Alabama. She was preceded in death by her parents: Uzell A. McCullars and Gussie L. McCullars; husband, Lloyd W. Thrasher; and brother, Clyde McCullars. She is survived by her daughter, son, six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, sister, sister-in-law, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral: 12:30 p.m. July 8, 2017 at Collier-Butler Funeral Home.
