Della Ann Paxton, age 84, of Sedalia, died Monday, July 3, 2017.

Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 15, at the Church of Christ in Sedalia. Burial will follow at Highland Sacred Gardens.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.
Rea Funeral Chapel in Sedalia is in charge of arrangements.

Surviving are three children: Yvonne Pierson of Pleasant Valley, Ramona Phillips of Blue Springs, and William (Buck) Paxton Jr of Smithton; ten grandchildren, Tammy Noller, Chris Phillips, Travis Sturdevant, Shawnna Brown, Shaylen Paxton, Joshua Sarver, Tonya Smith, TJ Skutnick, Amber Vinyard, and Elijah Wells; 13 great grandchildren; a brother, Roscoe Lane; a sister Marjorie Thompson; and a host of family and friends.

Della was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Arlene (Lundy) Lane; her first husband Melvin (Pete) Pierson, and her late husband William Lloyd Paxton Sr.; a brother Gary Lane; and sister Delilah Lane.
