Dr. and Mrs. Samuel M. Fink of Wilmington celebrated their 50th anniversary May 25,1974. They were married in Baltimore, Maryland Mrs. Pearl Fink is the former Miss Pearl Shapiro. Her husband is a dental surgeon, who was honored with another certificate of distinction by the Alumni Association of the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. Dental School of the University of Maryland, on June 1, 1974. The couple have three children: Mrs. Lawrence (Anne) Jacobs and Dr. Fred of Wilmington and Alan (Dorothy) of Roanoke. Virginia.. and 10 grandchildren.
Married my Aunt Dot on the 11th of January, 1951 a.d. Miss Dorothy Eugenia Harvey and they had four children from this fruitful happy union;

Uncle Alan was a great businessman,a senior buyer for Marshall Fields, Macy's. As well founding, he started, owned, managed, and sold for profits a few firms. Fabric Land..etc..
The Finks lived in Chicago, Illinois, Kansas City, Crevcour,St. Louis,Missouri.
La Jolla, California.
Roanoke, and Amherst Court House, Virginia which they owned the largest and oldest house they furnished with American antiques.
Uncle Alan died in Laguna Woods, Orange County, California. in his own place where he did his business well.
He was given twice a Irish Wolfhound, AKC CH. by the Lord Mayor of Dublin, Ireland. That btw is the worlds largest dog breed.
