She grew up in Canon City and married Orville W. Kemper on September 8, 1951. They moved to Moab, Utah, in 1965 and lived there until they retired. They then lived in Twin Falls, Idaho, for ten years until returning to Canon City in 1999.
Nancy enjoyed golfing, bowling and being with family.
Nancy is survived by her children, Orville W. (Delana Marie) Kemper Jr., of Green Forest, Alaska, Kathy Owens, of Pueblo West, Colorado; grandchildren, Mandy Rawson, Don Owens; great-grandchildren, Braxton Rawson, Tim Owens, Anthony Owens, Ty Owens, Haylee Owens; and four great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Orville Kemper; sisters, Betty Adams, Evelyn Berardi, Norma Bowie and brother, James Fisher.
