REGINA P. FILIPPELLI A longtime resident of Hayward passed away on February 25, 2007. Beloved wife for 63 years to Mario Filippelli. Preceded in death by her two sons, John and Robert Filippelli. Devoted grandmother of Mark Filippelli, also survived by two great-grandchildren, Alyssa and Kyle Filippelli. Loving sister of Irma McCabe of Castro Valley. Gina was a truly wonderful woman. Never a negative thought for anyone, always trying to look at the good in people. Strong medications through the years changed Gina's appearance, but not her inner beauty. Special thanks to Kaiser Hospital in Hayward for the excellent care given to Gina in particular, Dr. Rita Patel and Dr. Murice Franco for many years of service. Friends are invited to meet at St. Joachim on February 28, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. for a funeral mass. Interment will be private. SORENSEN BROS. MORTUARY 510-581-1234 510-351-1451.
