Age 96, a daughter of the late Antimo and Michalena Martino DeDionisio.
Rose originally owned Meister's 5 & Ten and went on work as a clerk at Pulakos Chocolates. She was a member of St. Luke Catholic Church and a life member of the Siebenbuerger Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed reading, playing cards, cooking, baking, and was an avid fan of the Cleveland Indians.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert F. Meister; her second husband, Donald V. Nims; three sisters, Catherine Benacci, Victorine Frazzini, and Nancy Battaglia; three brothers, Eugene, Andrew, and Joseph DeDionisio; and her step-daughter, Patricia Kaltenbaugh.
Survivors include one son, Robert A. Meister and his wife Sally of Erie; one stepdaughter, Barbara Allegroe and her husband, Robert, of Apopka, Fla.; one sister, Virginia Albert of Erie; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Burial in Calvary Cemetery.
