He is survived by his children, Jennifer Howell Callins, Brandy Flanders, Glenda Cantrell, Steven Graham; two sisters, Rethel Miller of Jackson, TN, Gale Lowrance of Bethel Springs, TN; a brother, Sam Howell of Selmer, TN; several grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Howell was preceded in death by a sister, Betty Tackett; four brothers, Ansel Howell, Ervin Howell, Leroy Howell, Roger Howell.
