Peter Hamilton Stoner, 64, died at his home, Steinwehr Avenue extended, Wednesday afternoon at 12:12 from a complication of diseases.
He was a son of the late Amos and Adeline Dowlin Stoner. His wife, the former Annie E Rockwell, died some time ago.
Surviving are eight children, Curtis, Gettyburg; Mrs. Roy Hockey, Gettysburg; Mrs. Albert Kuhn,
Mrs. Gates Deatrick and Cleason, all of New Oxford; Mrs. Claude Lartz, York; Robert, Gettysburg and Mrs. Marie Cool, Abbottstown; nine grandchildren; one brother, Ivan, Gettysburg RD; two sisters,
Mrs. James Shindledecker, Gettysburg, and Mrs. Martha Keller, Cumberland, Md.
Funeral services Sunday at 2:00 form the Allison funeral home, Fairfield, conducted by the
Rev. Dr. Norman S Wolf. Interment in Fairfield Union cemetery.
