Edna "Teddie" Zimmer was born June 30, 1926 in Wausau, Wisconsin. She passed away peacefully June 24, 2017 in Woodburn, Oregon. Teddie took pride in her work, which included bartending and janitorial services. She was an active member of the Florence Moose Lodge for over 40 years. She was also an active member of the Eugene Eagles Lodge for over 50 years. Teddie moved through the chairs and was the past madam president. Teddie enjoyed music, bingo, and bus trips. She also enjoyed accompanying her husband, Roy, to his bowling tournaments. She was predeceased by her husband of 53 years, Roy. She is survived by her daughter, Cheryle; her son, Terry; three grandchildren, Tricia, Ryan, and Geoff; two great-grandsons, Aidan and Gavin. A family graveside service will be held Wednesday, July 5th, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Springfield Memorial Gardens. Arrangements entrusted to Springfield Memorial Funeral Home.
