Geraldine Miller Hiebert, age 82, a resident of Clinton Township, Michigan died on Tuesday, Nov. 28, 2006 in Evangelical Home, Sterling Heights, MI. She was born July 26, 1924 in Jackson, Michigan. Mrs. Hiebert was a homemaker. In the early 1940's she was employed as an airline hostess and later earned her pilots license. She was a realtor for Petitpren Real Estate Co. of Mt. Clemens and later owned and operated her own real estate company, Landmark Realty. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Mt. Clemens where she formerly taught Sunday School and sang in the choir. A 40 year member of the Alexander Macomb National Society Daughters of the American Revolution Chapter 4.003.MI she served as regent 1968-1970. Her other interest included playing bridge, golfing, sewing, was a member of the Eighty Eighters Piano group and was a world traveler. She is survived by her children; Martha (Peter) Dugdale of Clinton Twp., Barbara (John) Blair of Manhattan, Kansas, Richard Miller of Bradenton, Florida, two brothers; Hugh (Margaret) Hatch of Elk Rapids, MI, Edward (Elke) Hatch of Kettering, Ohio, a sister Shirley Nehring of DeKalb, Illinois, and two grandsons; Robert and John. She is also survived by her step family the Hieberts and the Ruggirellos. She was preceded in death by her parents Harland and Blanche Oliver Hatch, and her husbands Robert Miller and Willis "Bill" Hiebert.
