Rolaine Bagley Greenhalgh Blackham, 75, passed away June 27, 2017 at her home in Richfield from complications of a lingering illness. She was born January 21, 1942 in Richfield to Owen Roosevelt and Irene Marie Brown Bagley.
She married Roger E. Greenhalgh, March 25, 1961 in the Manti Utah Temple. He preceded her in death December 3, 1994. She married Fred D. Blackham, March 21, 2004 in Manti, Utah.
Rolaine was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved her family and would do anything for them. She always had a smile on her face and lived a life of service.
The family remembers the best cinnamon rolls, and hours she spent in her garden. She loved going fishing with Fred and drove the biggest car in town (she saw the road between the wheel and the dash). She was involved with the Cub Scouts for many years. She was active in Relief Society, Young Women’s and with Fred, served as ward mission leaders.
She is survived by her sister, Wyoma Anderson; brother, Elwin Bagley; husband, Fred Blackham; children, Bart (Claudia) Greenhalgh, Troy (Sheri) Greenhalgh, Kelly (Tiffany) Greenhalgh, Travis (Shanda) Greenhalgh, Kami (Dustin) Hinton; 15 grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; Fred’s family: Bruce (Becky) Blackham, Donald (Cami) Blackham, Kerry (Heidi) Blackham, Pam (Phil) Roundy, Fred (Cindy) Blackham, Craig (Angie) Blackham, Joe (Jill) Blackham, Mitch (Cindy) Blackham; 34 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren.
She is also preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Jared; a great-granddaughter, Breeleigh; and five siblings, Dortha, Lorenzo, Owen, Mildred, Betty.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 1, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in the Magleby Mortuary Chapel in Richfield, where friends may call on Friday evening from 6 to 8 or on Saturday morning from 9:30 to 10:30. Burial will be in the Richfield City Cemetery.
The family extends their thanks to the many people and organizations who assisted with Rolaine’s care during her last illness. You are truly angels in our eyes.
